The interactive room. You can be seen, ask questions out loud, and work through the material with everyone else.
- 1Check the schedule below for the start time in your timezone, and set a reminder 15 minutes early.
- 2Come back to this page (or the site banner) about five minutes before start — the Zoom button turns gold and becomes clickable.
- 3Click Enter the Zoom Room. Zoom opens in the app if you have it, or choose Join from your browser if you don't.
- 4Enter your name so I can see who's in the room, then allow camera and microphone access.
- 5Stay muted until the Q&A opens, and use the chat box any time for questions.
A device with a browser, headphones for cleaner audio, and something to write with — most sessions include a short exercise.

Wednesday Classroom is the interactive Zoom room — cameras on, questions welcome. Sunday runs as a broadcast through StreamYard to YouTube, so you can watch and use live chat without joining a call. If a session moves, the banner at the top of the site updates first.
