Every act of spiritual service --- prayer, prophecy, healing, or intercession --- involves exchange.\ Energy moves from heaven through the vessel to the person in need.\ If the vessel is not properly grounded, protected, or aligned, that energy can loop back --- creating exhaustion, confusion, or even spiritual contamination.
