Spiritual hygiene is the discipline of keeping your inner and outer world clean so that divine energy can move freely.\ It is both physical and spiritual, both visible and invisible.\ Allan Kardec wrote that "impure spirits are drawn by moral impurity as pure spirits are drawn by purity."\ That means: whatever you carry in your heart becomes the magnet for what you attract in Spirit.
