1. Definition
The medium is the intermediary between the corporeal and the incorporeal worlds.\ Through this faculty, the human being becomes an instrument by which the communications of the invisible intelligences are transmitted to the visible order.\ Mediumship is not a miracle, but a natural law; it is an extension of the faculties of the soul, made active through moral sensitivity and magnetic harmony.
